By accessing or using the Abra website (abra.com.au) or purchasing any Abra products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Abra. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Abra smart rings and devices are intended for general wellness monitoring purposes only. They are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, orders where we suspect fraud, or orders where product availability has changed.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We ship to addresses within Australia and selected international destinations. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@abra.com.au with your order number.

Faulty or damaged products: If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Abra products are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. It does not cover water damage beyond the product's stated water resistance rating.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@abra.com.au with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Abra smart rings and connected devices are consumer wellness products, not medical devices. The health metrics provided (including but not limited to heart rate, sleep data, blood oxygen estimates, and activity data) are for general informational and wellness purposes only.

This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by your Abra device.

All content on the Abra website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Abra or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abra's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your use of our website and products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our products and services.
